Rooms a little dated but price reflects that. Great location. Spotlessly clean and nice fluffy white towels in the room. If you have a room with kitchen I’d recommend taking washing up liquid and drying towels as they are not provided. Small fee to hire beach towels but we didn’t need this. I would visit again
If you're looking for fancy, this is not your place. For a really clean room with comfy bed, nice deep bath tub, and absolutely perfect location then this is a great place to stay. Check-in/out was easy and they even text you when your room is ready so you can check in early if you want.
Amazing location, very friendly and helpful staff who arranged an early check in for us without any worries. We had a one bedroom apartment and added an extra bed for the third person - plenty of room, very spacious and incredible view. Rooms a little dated, but for price and location you can’t complain.
Excellent location for parking a car and being able to walk to everywhere in Coolum. Lovely friendly staff. We stayed in a hotel room. It was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean but a little tired and in need of a fresh coat of paint. Great pool and nice outdoor seating. The positives definitely outweigh a small negative and we would happily book again.
The location was great. Everything you need is within walking distance, great shops, cafes and the beach is right across the road. We got an ocean view room the perfect quiet getaway. Room was the perfect size for us, the bathroom looked a bit tired but importantly we felt comfortable and safe. The positives far outweigh the negatives.

Perfect location. Fair price. Single bedroom ensuite had a relaxing jetbath to make the most of. Great view from the little balcony. Outdoor spa continually out of action for 'maintenance' which was a little disappointing, but pool was open. Would definitely stay here again

The decor is bit dated and the bathroom really needs a revamp but it serves the purpose its used for.
Walking distance to beaches and shops and a short walk to coles supermarket.
The dining has something for everyone from happy hour and steaks to vegans.
Picked this accommodation for a last minute holiday based on location. The pictures did perturb me as they showed dated, dingy looking rooms. I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a newly updated room which was fresh, modern and clean. We had an ocean view which was fantastic, made it easy to check the surf in the morning, and gave us the sound of the waves all day long. The location is unbeatable. Great access to Coolum Beach and shops, and easy to get the bus to Noosa for a surf if you desire. The room had everything we needed with its little kitchenette and washer/dryer. The pool was lovely. All staff were also very friendly and accommodating and organised after hours check in at short notice. My only drawback was that the unit (especially the bathroom) got very humid and the bathroom stayed pretty wet at all times - maybe needs a fan? Overall surprisingly good and enjoyed our time here.
